Please read the instructions below before registering a complaint:

Complaint - a dispute between the consumer and the supplier, and a claim for consumer's rights.

The complainant must be the person concerned or have a legal power of attorney to represent him.

The complainant must attach the purchase invoice or contract and a copy of the civil ID, in addition to supporting documents.

The commercial license of the defendant must be registered in the Sultanate of Oman and not in other countries.

The services for the telecommunications, express shipping, aviation, electricity and water are not in under authority's jurisdiction telecommunications, express shipping, aviation, electricity and water.

The Authority has the right to close a complaint administratively in the event that the data required registering a complaint is incomplete or incorrect.
